I don't know Ryan personally. I know his dad and uncle, I am friends with his sister on Facebook, we have a connection in that we were raised making separate yet similar memories at Camp Yamhill, and he is my brother in Christ. Ryan is young, 30 or so, he is an amazing and inspirational example of how to live for God and make it count up until your last moments. Ryan has a spinal tumor, he was given 3-6 month to live....4 months ago. He recently started hospice. Above all, I believe Ryan and his wife, Jessica, want to tell a story of faithfulness and love.....and you can check it out here.........

wow. That was tough to watch. He's right though; we are all dying so what are we going to do with the life we have left?
What a touching story . . . as I dry my eyes I realize he's very right, although as a parent it hits home even more. The Wood's family is an amazing one. We are all so lucky he is sharing his story.
