Our garden grows big 'ole zucchini! And there are more growing. I put the pencil on the right so you have a point of reference. I am now rapidly googling and pinning zucchini recipes. If you have one I'm very interested!
Wow, those are giant! Have you seen the recipe where you cut it in half length wise, dig out the insides and fill it with all kinds of yummy stuff like cheese and sausage. Those would be perfect for that. Enjoy!
Nice! Those are the size of my PLANTS! I like to slice them sort of diagonally, dip them in olive oil, lay them on the grill and sprinkle them with Johnny's Seasoning. Goes great with BBQ meats.
