Memorial Day Weekend

We went up to Washington this weekend. Troy's family lives in Bellingham, WA (about hour and a half North of Seattle, almost to Canada), the church up there has a picnic every year for Memorial Day. It is a lot of fun. We always have a wonderful time up there.

Violet was on Kitty over load this weekend. She had 3 cats to choose from. All were very sweet and preteneded they liked the attention, at least for a little while. This is her with Makaya (sorry if I spelled that wrong Johnny)

This cat is Sapphire. She was kind enough to hang out at least until Violet fell asleep. Violet was in heaven!

But changes that very quickly with this one. What a great smile!

This is what the boys do at the park after bike rides, play grounds, and softball games. This is Troy and his brother Johnny. He has one more brother David whom I unfortunately did not get a picture of this weekend. Sorry Dave! We love you.

This is what tired girls do after bike rides, play grounds, and watching Daddy play softball. Curl up on Daddy's back and call it a day. She also wasn't feeling well. She had a fever and no appetite for a couple of days. But was still a trooper, because who can pass up a weeeee! slide. =) This was after we had come home. This is Violet and her friend Hannah playing the pool on a VERY hot day. Here is Hazel on that same very hot day. She opted for the shade with mommy. I can't wait until she can walk. Her poor knees can't take much more concrete and hard wood floors.
