Grandma June

The world lost a wonderful woman this week. The first time I stayed with her was about 7 years ago, and from the moment I walked into her home I felt like I was her grandchild that had been coming to visit her my whole life. She was so much fun to sit and talk with, as there was never a lack of conversation, keeping you up on her family and her church, both of which were very important to her. She was always making sure everybody was taken care of, from church famliy to the neighbor kids and was always ready for the expected or unexpected visitor who needed a place to stay. I wish the girls could have seen her more, but I know we will make sure they know what incredible giving, hospitable, loving Christian woman she was. She will be very missed.
