"Courage" for Dinner

Today we were watching Pres Obama pardon the turkey named Courage from being cooked up and eaten with a giant pile of mashed taters and gravy. After he said his speech to the turkey there was kind of a lull and in the back ground on the TV there was a sound of chairs moving or glasses clanging and Violet says "Mommy what is that noise, is it the plates getting ready?". There will obviously be no pardoning of turkey at our Thanksgiving this year! Bring it on!
