Oregon is definitely taking it's time this year with the whole Summer thing. But that has not stopped the Ice Cream Truck from starting up this year. The girls can hear it coming from about 1o blocks away and they start running around scrounging up quarters, but it takes it about an hour to get here because the driver does a zig zag up and down each street. The anticipation is incredible and it keeps them on the corner....waiting......... waiting.....
Until they can jump up and do "angel arms" for the driver. This is what she has told them to do when they see her coming so she knows that she is to stop. I can tell this is going to be a very fun ritual for them as they grow up on this corner of the world.

That must have been taken last weekend, because we haven't had a pretty sunny day like that since then. Such cuties. That ice cream lady doesn't come by my house. I guess because we can just go over to Naps and get some. Love ya, Mom
Ok when I saw the first pics I was like "who is that blonde girl sitting next to Violet?" Then I saw it was Violet! Her hair looks sooo light!
I love the ice cream truck. I can't wiat till it comes ove when were visiting. It always makes me think of being at grandma Junes :)
