Busy Birthday Weekend

The weekend was a birthday extravaganza! 

Here is THE birthday morning picture. I just love going back and looking at these....

 

 

Just look at this one....this was birthday #2

 Then we put on the "Happy Birthday to Me " shirt and got down to business!

 We first went to Dutch Bros and got her free birthday drink, a wild berry smoothie. Then we went to Fred Meyer and she picked out a new pair of flip flops (and dropped the free smoothie, which cracked the plastic cup and started leaking all over the floor, major bummer).

We then met Daddy, Grandma, Grandpa, and Great Grandma at Abbys for lunch, birthday girls choice.

This is what Great Grandma got her. So wonderful!

Then we went to get pedicures with Great Grandma, I think everyone had fun....

Pretty toes...the girls got their nails done like this too.

 Then it was back home to play in the pool for a couple of hours, gotta love the summer birthdays!

After the pool fun she opened the rest of her presents from us and went to pick up her best friend, Madison.
The hat she wore all day is what her teacher gave all of the summer birthday kids in her class on the last day of school, she has had it sitting on her bed side table since school got out.

We went to McDonalds and played some more

Then we met our good friends (Violet's friend Sonia's family) at the Cameo for a movie. I love how there seems to be a kid movie at the Cameo on each of the girls birthdays....(where movies are still just $7)

This was after the movie...what a cute bunch of kiddos.  All in all I think she had a fabulous day turning 7, I know I did ! 

The next day, after her first horseback riding lesson (that's my next post) we had her birthday at Memorial Park, where we had a water balloon fight and tossing contest, perfect or a super hot 90 degree day.
