Meet Dozer! He's a 2 year old blood hound. Isn't he cute! Hopefully he is less of a medical fiasco than Ripken.How is your holiday season? Are you finished Christmas shopping? Do you have your Christmas tree yet? Real or fake? I got to go on Saturday and knocked out about 90% of mine! And we got our REAL Christmas tree on Friday. After wrapping presents for 2 hours Saturday night, I put them under the tree. Violet now asks every morning if it is Christmas, and if she can open presents.
Have a good Tuesday. Wish I had more to share, but it has been relatively uneventful around here.

Our christmas tradition is to wait until the week before christmas and then go shopping. So next week Richard and I will be shopping like crazy people. Every year I vow to shop earlier, but it never happens. We are all done with decorations (thank goodness), but like most mid-westerners we have a fake tree. By the time the trees get here they look horrible, so we have to go fake. I sure miss the real trees. Have a great christmas!!
No I have definitely not finished shopping. I have most of Ryan's things though. And I have the nieces and nephews taken care of...I just need to mail it :) We have a fake tree and I have the little fake one in my office at work. Did Woodstock ever return? That Dozer is something else!
I am not even close to being finished with my shopping. And we aren't getting our REAL tree til next weekend because I don't want it to be completely dead by Christmas. But I do have our stockings and lights up. I love Christmas!

Well I did a test and posted anonymously and it worked and Carrie posted a comment so I don't know what the deal is? I know it's not emailing me anymore when people comment but I haven't changed any settings. Weird.
We started shopping last weekend and am hoping to finish shopping this weekend . . hoping to anyways. I think we'll decorate this weekend too, my husband is trying to convince me to get a fake tree, but I just can't do it. And of course I'm trying to convince him to get a real one. . . we'll see who wins the battle. I love Carrie's dog, who couldn't love that face!
