This past weekend 2 of best friends and favorite people came to visit me. My sister and dearest friend Leann. We had a fun filled weekend trying to squeeze in as much Oregon as we could in 5 days. Highlights..... going to Carvers Cafe ( a film location in the movie Twilight), going to eat on the waterfront in Portland at Newport Grill, Powells Book Store in Portland, a night at the beach, Camp Yamhill, going to see a really silly movie (which is perfect with silly people), Abbys Pizza, and lots of quality time laughing and crying and enjoying eachothers company in the same room not over the phone.
It would be an understatement to say that I love these girls. I cannot imagine a life where they were not by my side physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
So thank you Carrie and Leann for coming to see me, you have restored a joy in me only true friends (and sisters) can.
