I have heard good things about Beth Moore Bible studies, but have never had the opportunity to do one. Recently I have been feeling the need to be in a Bible study so I googled "Beth Moore" and found a gazillion different ones. I kind of just picked one that sounded good for someone doing it by themself. So, I am putting this out into my blog-o-sphere of friends to get some advice and suggestions on what Beth Moore study or any other personal Bible study books you might know. Bring on the info.....

I'm loving the one I'm doing but I have the DVD"S (from church) to go along with it. Some friends of mine say the dvd's are pertinent others say they could do the study just fine without it. When I'm done with Esther my friend has a bible study guide over the book Crazy Love by Francis Chan and I've also heard good thing about a good called Calm My Anxious Heart. Let me know how you like it!
I can't wait to hear what you find. Maybe you'll find a good one that you want to share with some of us women at church. You could use my home. Love ya, Mom aka Gma

Right now I'm re-reading a book that I did in a ladies Bible study class about 7 years ago called "A Woman After God's Own Heart" by Elizabeth George. It's a great book if you just want to read, but it also has study questions in the back.
That's the exact study that I was doing when I visited your house! It's fantastic and I recommend watching the videos if church would have access to them. You can get them on the internet but they cost money. She is very passionate, so be careful. You may end up passionate for Christ! =) I LOVED it and cried or was touched pretty regularly with that study
