Here is the morning picture....... wouldn't you love to wake up looking this cute.
After VBS we met the grandparents and daddy at Taco Time where we were treated to lunch by Great Grandma and Great Grandpa.
Then the girls, mom, and I headed out for our pedicure/manicures. I couldn't talk mom into a pedicure, so she got a manicure instead. I think there was good times had by all, especially these 2. I may have created a monster, because now they want to do it again AND get manicures too. Uh oh.
The finished product. I love the flowers on their little toes. So cute.
Finally we topped the day off with a request by the birthday girl to go to Shari's Restaurant for smiley face pancakes. I think the face says it all.
These birthdays are getting more and more fun as they get older.

Yes, I would love to wake up looking that cute every morning. Oh for the good ole days of being 5! I did have fun going to the salon with you guys. I love my manicure (Dad does too) and maybe I'll do a pedicure next time too. I'm so glad Hazel likes Sharis. Because as my family knows, Sharis holds a special place in my heart (and my tummy).
