Yes. It's a made up word. But this post needed a made up word, as there is really no rhyme or reason to the pictures I am going to put in it. There has been a drought of cute pictures lately, so I thought I would give you a shower of cuteness.......


Picking blackberries and raspberries in the back yard


This is Hazels "haven't you taken enough pictures already" already pose and face


Violet LOVES the blackberries, probably because she gets to climb a ladder to eat them


She has gotten very good at climbing the ladder


The FIRST thing she does every morning is go out and check and see if there are any eggs and hang with the chickens. This morning she wasn't even out of her pajamas yet and she was catching them.....such a suburban farm girl.

This is Hazel pretending she is a bat asleep (the towel is her wings wrapping around her like a bat when it sleeps)

It's not a pretty picture, but she thought it was funny that it looked like she was missing a tooth.


I had to beg and force Hazel to go outside and play in the back yard a couple of weeks ago. Violet came in about 10 minutes later and said Hazel had fallen asleep........


The girls and I had an opportunity to go to the beach a couple of weeks ago to see a whole bunch of special women from Troys family. The night we go there the girls, Aunt Sara and I went down the beach for a bit.
